Wedding Day! Wedding Day! Special moments shared on a wedding day. KristenMeyer / Friday, September 13, 2024 0 8453 When one of our residents was unable to attend her granddaughter's wedding ceremony Melissa from our activities department was there to help. She even dressed for the occasion! With champaign in one hand and her laptop in the other she arrived in time to set up for the big event. Our resident, Jane, was all smiles and happy tears as she watched her family come by and wave via zoom. Theses pictures tell it all! Congratulations to the happy couple and to their loving Grandma! Claire Watson / Thursday, October 5, 2017 / Categories: Ferris Hills Events, Clark Meadows Events, Senior Living Community Events, Ferris Hills Blog Scarf Party The residents of Ferris Hills and Clark Meadows had a lovely time on Saturday as they fondly remembered their good friend, Jean Lahr. Many stories were shared of Jean all of which started with a smile and ended with a giggle.Jean's love of scarves was just one of the many things she was known for and when she passed away her dear friend, Hope, asked Jean's daughters if it would be ok to keep a scarf to remember her by. A whole box filled with beautiful scarves were given to Hope and it was decided that all of her friends should enjoy them.A tea party was hosted as the ladies chose their scarf and wore it with love.See the wonderful photos in the gallery below.
