Lynne Standish / Friday, September 18, 2020 / Categories: Clark Meadows Blog This week was National Assisted Living Week! We are proud to recognize our Program Manager, Jennifer Army. A special presentation was made on Thursday afternoon to recognize Jennifer Army, Program Manager, for her excellent leadership during these challenging times. We would like to share what was presented. Clark Meadows has helpers everywhere! It was in early March when things started to get scary and I looked around and quickly realized that this is where I feel safe, this is where I can laugh, and this is where I want to be everyday when the world goes a little crazy. There was true leadership here. Creating an environment where the residents and staff's safety were priority #1. There was one person who had to make some tough decisions. Changing our daily life was how we were going to stay safe and it had to be done without creating a panic. I witnessed this person stand her ground with the hospital, DOH, outside visitors, ancillary medical staff, and each of us as we tried to adapt. This person is a leader in every sense of the word and she is our Corona Virus Conquerer. There's no one like our very own Jennifer Army. (presented by Kristen Meyer) A special award was presented to Jenn with residents and staff surrounding her. Thank you for everything you do! Previous Article Farmer's Market was a huge success!
