Chefs, Tony Cafarelli and Jamison Leigh, served up Porchetta with salsa verde and pickled red onion. Our chefs worked hard preparing and presenting their creation. They enjoyed the fun competition with other respected chefs in the community. The foodies came out to enjoy this amazing event hosted by Canandaigua Kiwanis. Both Ferris Hills and Clark Meadow residents along with associates enjoyed the sweet treats from The Dainty Donut Factory. Everything from hot apple pie donuts to maple bacon were served with warm cider and hot coco. It was the perfect end to our outdoor season with a sunny 72-degree day.
